MAIN TASKS< /strong>

• Implementation of the non-food aid program
• Participation in bidding
• Allocation and allocation management
• Monitoring and evaluation
• Ensuring timely reporting after each distribution and ensuring compliance with the organization's standard procedures for non-food assistance programs
• Execution administrative tasks
• Working in mobile teams
• Following the provided work plans and instructions
• Participation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual/review/reports
• Participation in inventory management, work with warehouse documentation
• Timely reporting

 BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Attention to details, discipline, independence, responsibility
• Experience of working in an international organization will be an advantage.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language. Proficiency in English will be an advantage
• Skill and experience in working with modern computer and peripheral equipment
• Punctuality
• Initiative and creativity
• Ability to work in a team
