What will you do?

• develop the customer service team of foreign business (selection personnel, employee development, training, improvement of performance indicators);
• build long-term relationships with key customers of his team using all means of communication (online calls, electronic communication, personal meetings, business trips);
• develop a strategic partnership between clients of your team and the agency, of course, taking into account the interests of clients (understanding the client's business goals, finding the most relevant marketing solutions to achieve the client's goals, working with barriers on the way to achieving goals, including changing processes customer service);
• analyze the achievement of your team's project goals;
• troubleshooting. You will escalate problems that arise in the process of project implementation, resolving disputes between the customer and the team. ;
• take an active part in the development of the company's foreign business (in the form of strategic projects, operational tasks).

• work experience from 1 year in a similar position (in digital agencies, web studios, internet marketing agencies, IT);
• English at B2+ level;
• understanding of service business and service sales;
• knowledge of Internet marketing tools (Performance marketing, Media, Creative);
