We have ambitious plans, therefore we invite you to consider vacancy Team-lead in the transaction team (customer verification management) in the Financial Monitoring Department.

Functional duties:

• Prepare weekly work statistics
• Write slides (in English) / present work results for management meetings (in us it is Compliance committee with the group, Arbitration meeting, etc.)
• Take on the role of manager of a small group (up to 6 people) in the process of improving the scenarios of selection of operations. This role involves constant communication with the Group (in English), collecting impressions/suggestions from the team, their systematization, control, reminders, etc.
• Perform work aimed at identifying settlement schemes, participants, purpose, methods and methods of their implementation in order to prevent the Bank from being used for risky activities.
• Providing advice to Bank employees on issues related to due diligence /li>
