Team Lead BDM in Joys

For our clients - the media team, we are looking for an ambitious Team Lead BDM, ready to lead the team and contribute to the successful development of the company. 

Responsibilities:

• control of the work of the BDM department;
• search and attraction of new advertisers and partners in the field of iGaming;
• support and development long-term relationships with current ones by partners;
• research of new offers, brands and opportunities for the development of partner programs;
• negotiations, coordination of cooperation terms and monitoring of the implementation of agreements;
• monitoring of payments from partners and cap control;
• prioritization of tasks, communication with the team regarding deadlines;
• resolving controversial situations (for example, cuts or overruns of heads);
• interaction with the head and team leads of Baing;
• preparation of reports and analysis of the effectiveness of partner programs.

Expectation:

• experience: at least one year as Team Lead BDM in the field of iGaming;
• knowledge of English: level B1-B2;
• personal qualities: sociability , responsibility, proactivity.
