KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development, implementation and monitoring of project monitoring and evaluation plans and programs.
- Collection and analysis of data using various monitoring tools, such as questionnaires, interviews, focus groups.
- Organization and evaluation of program effectiveness to determine their impact on target groups.
- Preparation of detailed monitoring and evaluation reports for internal use and for donors.
- Development and implementation of accountability mechanisms for beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Collection and analysis feedback from beneficiaries through various channels: surveys, phone calls, interviews.
- Working with beneficiaries to ensure their active involvement in the project decision-making process.
- Development and maintaining effective systems for receiving feedback and responding to requests and complaints.
- Promoting the development of a culture of learning in the team and organization by conducting trainings on monitoring, evaluation and accountability.
- Analysis of monitoring and evaluation results to improve the effectiveness of projects and programs.
- Creating recommendations for improving management processes and operational practices within programs.
- Use of results monitoring for planning new programs and adjusting current ones.
- Using quantitative and qualitative methods for data collection in the field.
- Using tools for data collection, processing and analysis (for example, Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, ODK).
- Preparation of reports for senior management, donors and partners of the organization.
- Definition and monitoring of project performance indicators and their impact on communities.
>- Preparation of regular monitoring and evaluation reports for internal use and for donors.
- Presentation of monitoring and evaluation results at meetings and for stakeholders.
- Assurance transparency and availability of data for all participants in the project implementation process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Higher education in social sciences, humanities, economics, project management or other relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, accountability or managementprojects in the humanitarian or social sector.
- Experience in working with data collection and evaluation tools (observations, interviews, surveys).
- Experience in working with charitable, humanitarian or development projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Experience in data analysis and preparation of reports for donors and partners.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and use tools for analysis (Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to organize trainings and educational events for employees and partners.
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate or high level (for cooperation with international partners).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- High stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
