Team Lead Backend (PHP / Laravel) in Gamicorp

Required Skills / Experience

⁃ At least 5 years of production experience ⁃ Solid knowledge and over 5 years of development experience with PHP7+ ⁃ Mandatory production experience with Laravel ⁃ Experience in architecture design and selection of necessary technical solutions ⁃ Experience in designing and developing integration solutions ⁃ Excellent understanding and practice of OOP principles, as well as DRY/SOLID principles ⁃ Understanding the importance of tests in development ⁃ Mandatory experience in designing and developing high-load systems ⁃ Mandatory experience with queues in high-load systems ⁃ Good experience with REST API ⁃ Understanding and experience in microservice architecture development ⁃ Highly desirable good experience in code optimization, performance enhancement, and refactoring of old code ⁃ Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, and the use of patterns ⁃ Good experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and database design ⁃ Experience in organizing the process and writing unit tests ⁃ Experience with Jira, Confluence ⁃ Experience with ELK stack

Would be a plus:

⁃ Practical experience with Laravel Octane ⁃ Practical experience with Lumen ⁃ Practical experience with Kafka ⁃ Practical experience with New Relic, Laravel Telescope ⁃ Experience with Git (Gitlab) ⁃ Experience with ClickHouse ⁃ Experience with Swagger

Management Skills:

⁃ Experience in team load planning, quality decomposition ⁃ Task and risk assessment ⁃ Skills in task setting and control ⁃ Good experience and process building in code review ⁃ Ability to provide constructive criticism ⁃ Ability to motivate the team ⁃ Problem-solving skills during the development process
