Working as part of the HR team. Subordination to HRD. At the moment, the company is already working on the KZPP, it is necessary to take it over and organize it. Close possible gaps. Experience and competence in working with KZPP issues will be the main criterion for evaluating candidates. Work under Gig contracts is already prescribed, it is necessary to follow the established rules and regulations, experience at the time of admission is not mandatory. The company has a lawyer and an accounting department, with whom work has been established and you can consult on related areas of responsibility. The booking process has been launched, it is necessary to take control of its management and set up standard reporting on military accounting and booking. The number of employees is up to 30-50 according to KZPP, 70 according to Giga.

Professional and personal competences:
- Experience in personnel administration;
- Understanding KZPP / experience of working with KZPP;

Will be a plus:
- Experience of working with Gig legislation;
- Legal education;
- Intermediate level of English.

Main tasks:
Personnel administration:
- Hiring and dismissing employees in accordance with the Labor Code;
- Maintaining personnel documentation in accordance with the norms of the Labor Code , personal affairs); work under a Gig contract;
- Reporting on employees within the framework of Gig legislation (not mixed with accounting); for the reservation of employees;
- Control of the terms of completion of the reservation;
- Submission of reports on military accounting to the controlling authorities;
- Collection and updating of documents from employees related to military accounting and reservation;< br/>In addition: 
- Consultation of employees on employment issues in the company's foreign divisions (according to available instructions).
