Work under Gig contracts is already prescribed, it is necessary to follow the established rules and regulations, experience at the time of admission is not mandatory. Main tasks:
Personnel administration:
- Hiring and dismissing employees in accordance with the Labor Code;
- Maintaining personnel documentation in accordance with the norms of the Labor Code , personal affairs); work under a Gig contract;
- Reporting on employees within the framework of Gig legislation (not mixed with accounting); for the reservation of employees;
- Control of the terms of completion of the reservation;
- Submission of reports on military accounting to the controlling authorities;
- Collection and updating of documents from employees related to military accounting and reservation;< br/>In addition:
- Consultation of employees on employment issues in the company's foreign divisions (according to available instructions).
