Hello! We are BUKI, an international educational marketplace that helps thousands of tutors and students find each other in 9 countries around the world. We strive to make education more accessible, high-quality and convenient for everyone, and that is why we are looking for a Teacher Support Manager who will help our teachers feel supported and comfortable working with the platform.
What will be in your area of responsibility:
- Providing prompt and friendly support to teachers in their daily work work;
- Resolving technical, organizational and communication issues that arise for teachers so that they can focus on teaching as much as possible;
- Coordinating with internal teams for quick and high-quality resolution of requests;
- Active participation in improving support processes to make them more efficient and convenient;
- Supporting teachers in using new tools and platform services;
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from teachers to improve our product.
Your main tasks:
- Providing qualified advice to teachers on working with the marketplace;
- Monitoring and quick response to requests through various channels communications;
- Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating lessons delivered by teachers for relevance and content;
- Providing detailed and constructive feedback to teachers to improve the quality of lessons;
- Collaborating with teachers to develop better approaches to teaching and learning;
- Assisting in creating prompts and resources for teachers with the aim of improving the quality of education;
Who we are looking for:
- A person with recruiting or support manager experience, preferably from 1 year.
- Responsibility, proactivity and a desire to help others.
- Willingness to work flexibly and to join to a friendly team.
