Site administrator in GOST

The GOST company is the first specialized building materials marketplace in Ukraine, which combines an online platform and its own network of warehouses across Ukraine. We are changing the approach to the market: we are creating a system in which manufacturers and customers work directly, without unnecessary intermediaries, ensuring the best prices and fast delivery.

Due to active scaling, we are looking for a Site Administrator to help maintain the platform and ensure its efficiency.

Main duties

• Creation and editing of product cards (name, description, characteristics, photo)
• Formation of product categories and filter settings
• Checking the correctness of prices and photos before by publishing products
• Communication with suppliers and answering requests in chats
• Providing personalized support of platform partners, consulting on product placement issues
• Cooperation with the marketing department in creating a correct SEO content structure and texts

Requirements

• Work experience in the field of site administration, e-commerce or content management from 1 year
• Technical thinking, ability to work with tables (Excel/Google Sheets), formulas
• High level of structure, systematicity
• Perseverance, attention to details
• Basic or advanced knowledge of programming will be an advantage
• Skills in creating and editing product cards, categories, filters
• Basic knowledge of SEO (keywords, headlines, content optimization)
• Customer-oriented communication and business correspondence skills required
• Understanding the principles of online sales and marketplace operation
• Analytical thinking
