We're a TeachMe education company. For 4 years, we have been preparing students for ZNO, NMT and DPA, providing tutoring services for all school subjects and languages. Our clients appreciate us precisely for the quality of the services provided, so we are looking for a person in the team who will share our vision in this and will hire the best teachers into the team.

Our goal is to help students prepare for exams, all school subjects and languages, develop in the European market, create courses in programming and other IT disciplines. And we are also actively developing our own learning platform.

We will work if you :

• have experience in active recruitment of 1 year or more (it is important for us that you already have experience in recruiting);
• have basic knowledge of recruiting processes;
• have already conducted interviews with candidates and know how to select the best;
• have a good command of the Ukrainian language (we Ukrainian company and we communicate exclusively in Ukrainian);
• you are proactive and know how to organize your own time;
• you have experience in remote work (it will be an advantage, because this is how we work);
• you have experience in the field of education (it will be a plus, because you will be looking for teachers);
• you have attended recruiting courses and you understand the basics of IT vacancies;
• want to develop in recruiting and improve your skills.

Your future tasks:

• you will carry out a full cycle of hiring teachers in various languages ​​and subjects (search for candidates, communication, conducting all stages of interviews (in the future we will also connect methodologists), testing, accepting a candidate for a job)
< li>maintain monthly reports and a potential candidate base;
• improve the recruitment process and look for new channels for finding teachers;
• work with the teachers who work with us and improving the conditions of their cooperation with us;
• helping the head of the department and participating in the HR processes of the company.
