SMM manager at Plast Lviv

Layer– public organization of Ukrainian scouts, which has more than 2,500 members in Lviv, educates conscious youth through a cool environment and national identity. We aim to develop Ukrainian society thanks to young people who aspire to be leaders in society and create changes! 
We are now looking for an SMM manager in the Plast team in Lviv!

Basic duties:

• Generation of content for Plast Lviv social networks (texts and visual materials) according to the organization's content plan and development strategy

Working with texts: writing texts for publications posts on channels, creation of creative stories and interactive materials

• Working with graphics: creating visual materials for posts and advertising campaigns in social networks, working with design for social networks

• Interaction with the audience in social networks (answers to comments, relaying requests)

• Analysis of activity in social networks, implementation of performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Skills for working with algorithms of social networks Instagram, Facebook, Telegram

• Graphic design skills, mastery of graphic editors (Figma,Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)

• Ability to conduct business correspondence on behalf of the organization

• TikTok and illustration skills would be an advantage ;

• Wishes develop in the field of communications, interest and understanding of the specifics of work in the public sector
