Targetologist / SMM specialist in Akora Consult

Akora Consult is an international consulting company that works with clients from different countries of the world in the field of accounting, legal support and financial consulting. We are actively scaling and developing our own international projects, so we are looking for a strong SMM/target specialist to help build a brand and attract customers through digital channels.

This is a position for someone who thinks strategically, loves analytics and wants to see the real result of their work.

What are you? you will do:

• Full management of the company's social networks (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn)
• Planning and implementation of content strategy
• Starting and optimizing targeted advertising
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Generating ideas for audience growth and attracting customers
• Working with sales funnels in social networks
• Creating advertising creatives together with the designer/team
• Monitoring trends and introducing new tools
• Preparation of reports on campaign results

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 1-2 years of experience in SMM and targeted advertising
• Confidently works with Instagram Ads / Meta Ads Manager
• Understands social media algorithms and digital marketing principles
• Able to analyze data and scale the results
• Knowledge of English/Polish will be advantage
• Wants to develop in international projects
