Who we are

PP "NVPP "Sparing-Wist Center" is a Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of radiation control devices with over 35-year history.

We work according to the principle of a full production cycle:
from idea and scientific development to mass production and export.

The company has more than 50 devices and radiation control systems that have successfully passed tests.

Today, our products are exported to more than 80 countries around the world, which confirms its high quality and international recognition.

Your key responsibilities

Development of sales abroad

  • Execution of sales plans in established countries.
  • Search and attraction of new dealers and partners.
  • Negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
  • Support of tenders: preparation of documents, commercial offers, specifications.
  • Presentation of products to dealers and end users (together with partners).

Work with existing partners

  • Support of requests, consultations and training on products.
  • Update of contracts.
  • Provision of marketing materials, presentations, comparisons with competitors.

Coordination and management of the team

  • Organization of the work of the international sales department.
  • Training and development of managers, replacing them in communication with customers as needed.

Budgeting and reporting

  • Formation of sales, production and budget plans.
  • Preparation of regular reports on the activities of the unit.

Representation of the company

  • Participation in international exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
  • Organization of team work at stands.

Participation in international projects

  • Cooperation in grant programs.
  • Preparation of applications and coordination of company participation. 

Our ideal candidate

  • Has successful experience in the field of sales or foreign economic activity.
  • Experience of working with a dealer or distribution network;
  • Understanding export processes, tenders, contractual work;
  • Understanding the full cycle of the agreement and key business processes.
  • Developed communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Readiness for international business trips
  • Confident use of a PC (spreadsheets, reporting, working with databases).
  • Proficiency in English at the level C1–C2.

Working conditions

  • Working schedule:
    Monday–Thursday — from 08:00 to 17:00,
    Friday — from 08:00 to 15:45,
    lunch break — from 13:00 to 13:40.
  • 28 calendar days of paid vacation, paid sick days.
  • Possibilities of flexible work schedule.
  • Official employment with compliance with all the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
  • The level of remuneration is discussed based on the results of the interview.
