We are looking for a creative and systems specialist who is passionate about social networks, knows how to work with data, and is committed to helping our clients achieve their business goals. You will be part of our team, which is rapidly growing, developing and implementing interesting projects.

What we expect from you:

• Experience of working in SMM or targeted advertising from 1 year.
• Orientation on the result and the ability to systematically organize your work.
• A team player who is also able to make decisions independently.

Your responsibilities will include:< /p>

SMM:

• Development and implementation of an SMM strategy in accordance with company goals.
• Creation of content plans, interesting and relevant content (texts, visuals, video).
• Monitoring, analyzing the effectiveness of SMM campaigns, preparing reports.
• Conducting contests, promotions and interaction with the audience.
• Search and cooperation with influencers.
• Analysis of the competitive environment, target audience, compilation of portraits for projects.

Targeted advertising:

• Preparation of media plans.
• Adjustment, control and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn).
• Introduction of new lead generation tools .
• Writing offers and advertising texts, creating technical tasks for designers.
• Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns and generating hypotheses to improve key indicators.
• Communicating with clients, reporting.

We offer:

• Salary: UAH 15,000-40,000 for a trial period with the possibility of promotion and bonuses by KPI.
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
• Vacation: 24 calendar days of paid vacation after 6 months cooperation.
