Targetologist (Facebook/Instagram Ads) - Junior Level in Resolution

We are an international performance agency working with clients in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.
We specialize in Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development (Webflow/WordPress/Shopify) and analytics.
We are currently looking for a Junior Targetologist who wants to grow and work with strong projects.

Main responsibilities

• Launching and conducting advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

• Working with audiences: creating segments, testing interests, lookalike

• Creating and optimizing campaigns for goals: traffic, conversions, leads, sales

• Preparing technical tasks for designers for creatives

• Configuration of basic events (via Pixel/Conversions API)

• Analysis of indicators: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions

• Preparation of reports and optimization recommendations

• Work in the internal structure of the agency (processes, tasks, deadlines)

Requirements

• Understanding the basics of targeted advertising

• Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager (even minimal)

• Analytical approach: understanding numbers, logic, tests

• Ability to teach logically and structured opinions

• Responsibility and desire to develop

• Intermediate English is desirable

Will be a plus

• Experience in other platforms: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads

• Understanding e-commerce and lead generation

• Working with GA4, GTM, UTM-marking

• Basic experience in design (Canva, Figma)

• Experience in Google Ads will be a big plus
