Targetologist in King Star Alliance

King Star Alliance is a modern recruiting agency that helps successful companies find the best specialists. We are currently looking for a Targetologist to strengthen our team and help bring talent to customers through effective advertising.

Requirements:

• experience of working in targeted advertising from 1 year;
• ability to set up advertising in Meta (Faceebook/Instagram);
• understanding of the specifics of recruiting advertising and attracting candidates;
• experience of setting up advertising for leads/messages/conversions;
• skill to analyze advertising effectiveness by key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR and etc.);
• knowledge of graphic editors (for example, Canva Pro, Figma, Photoshop).

Tasks:

• launching and conducting targeted job advertisements on Faceebok/Instagram;
• creating and optimization of advertising campaigns (leads, messages);
• optimization of campaigns for the dream qualities of candidates, not just the number of leads;
• cooperation with recruiters for better understanding of job requirements;
• scaling of successful advertising campaigns for active active vacancies of clients.
