Middle Full-Stack / CRM Developer (Retool, JS, SQL) - in the affiliate team

We need a technician who will build an internal system for traffic, money and scale.

We work in the affiliate direction. The pace is fast. The solution is without bureaucracy. The impact on the result is direct.

What you will do:

• Develop and scale an internal CRM based on Retool or low-code
• Write logic in JavaScript (without skeletons)
• Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL (complex queries, optimization)
• Integrate API trackers, payments, third parties services
• Optimize forms, tables, data display
• Automate the processes of buyers, finance, operations

Your task is to ensure that the system does not slow down the team, but accelerates it.

It is important for us:

• Experience in affiliate / e-commerce / FinTech
• Strong JavaScript
• Confident SQL
• Understanding API and working with data
• Ability to quickly understand business logic
• Attention to details (because numbers = money)

Will be a big plus:

• Experience with Retool or other low-code platforms
• Building CRM or internal systems from scratch
• Experience with marketing or financial with data
