Talent sourcer (researcher) in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

We are looking for a Talent sourcer (researcher) who will help find talent and improve our recruiting processes!

    •    Knowledge of languages: English (B2 and above); additional languages ​​will be a plus.

    •    Ability to work with tools for data analysis and systematization (CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets).

    •    Communication skills: clarity, literacy and the ability to find an approach to people.

    •    Organized and multitasking: the ability to plan your time and work at a dynamic pace.

What will be your duties:

    •    Search and analysis of candidate profiles through professional platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).

    •    Expansion of the talent search base, use of non-standard methods.

    •    Managing and updating the candidate database.

    •    Work closely with recruiters to achieve team goals.

    •    Administrative support for recruitment processes (creating reports, sending letters, organizing interviews).
