School of popular culture Skvot - accumulator up-to-date skills for a quick start in the creative industry. Collaborations with top specialists in film, media, art and advertising. We have knowledge with which imagination flies into space, and ideas "tear apart" the Lions in Cannes.

In order to continue to win, we need a team of the best. Therefore, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will help our customers get the best educational experience by solving all their questions and needs. p>

You are in the position:

  • you will communicate with students and help them solve issues related to studying (questions about the course and its filling, work with a personal account, etc.);
  • you will achieve the set goals and KPIs;
  • you will collect feedback from customers for the production department and our social networks;
  • you will solve various complex cases during student training.

We we will feel connected if you:

  • have experience in sales or customer support of 6 months or more;
  • like to talk on the phone, you have a great pronunciation;
  • you know how to listen and ask a lot of questions;
  • you know how to deal with negativity and still cover the client's need;
  • you are not afraid of KPI and ready/ - get a kick out of the results together with us;
  • you are self-motivated and manage your working time independently;
  • get a kick out of positive feedback from students.
