We are currently looking for Talent Sourcer (freelance basis), who is ready to help us with the search for candidates in Jooble on a full-time basis. As a freelancer in this position, you will have complete freedom to organize your work, while working closely with our internal recruiting team and sharing experiences.

Your main tasks:

  • active search for candidates in Jooble using modern sourcing tools;
  • written communication with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills and suitability for the job;< /li>
  • maintenance of the candidate database in the BreezyHR internal ATS;
  • cooperation with the Jooble recruiting team.

What is important to us:

< ul style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
  • experience in sourcing tech and non-tech positions from the 1st year;
  • mastery of sourcing techniques: Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, work with various search platforms;
  • ability to work autonomously and adhere to agreements.

    2. Intro call where we can get to know each other better and discuss details (1 hour),
