Talent Sourcer (freelance) in Jooble

Jooble is a Ukrainian product IT company that is part of to the top 10 most visited sites in the world in the Jobs And Employment segment. 

Our main product is an international site for finding work, used by millions of people in 67 countries every day. We have grown from a startup founded by two students to a global player with a team of over 280 professionals. 

Our mission is to make the job search easy for everyone.

We are currently looking for Talent Sourcer (freelance basis), who is ready to help us with the search for candidates in Jooble on a full-time basis. As a freelancer in this position, you will have complete freedom to organize your work, while working closely with our internal recruiting team and sharing experiences.

Your main tasks:

• active search for candidates in Jooble using modern sourcing tools;
• written communication with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills and suitability for the job;< /li>
• maintenance of the candidate database in the BreezyHR internal ATS;
• cooperation with the Jooble recruiting team.
