Basic requirements:< /p>

Experience in management positions from 5 years (the advantage will be in the production, industrial or construction sphere).

Successful experience in building, systematizing and managing a team.

Ability to strategic thinking, high communication skills.

Practical experience in managing the financial and economic component of the enterprise.

Functional duties:

Ensuring the effective work of all team members to achieve the set goals.

Developing company strategy, making effective decisions, leading the interaction between departments.

Managing risks and finances, working with team motivation and achievement company goals.

Optimization of processes and resources, development of innovations, entry into new markets.

Terms of employment:

Reservation, official employment in accordance with the Labor Code, competitive salary + transparent system of bonuses. Corporate car, organization of relocation if necessary.
