Talent Sourcer in Evrius

You have:
- 0,5 year of experience in searching (in mass recruiting will be an advantage)
- English B2
- strong skills for self-development and learning
- knowledge of how to search for information in social networks
- active work with social networks, advertising
- general knowledge of the IT field (digital marketing, affiliate, media buy will be an advantage)
- competent oral and written language
- the ability to clearly perform management tasks and take the initiative

You will do:
- market investigation/researсh
- sourced and screened resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit

- contacting and follow-ups candidates for positions (mass recruiting)
- generating and managing the pipeline of candidates 
- conducting interviews with recruiters
- report, work with a CRM
