We’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious Talent Sourcer to join our People team and help us grow an exceptional, values-driven company. In this role, you’ll play an important part in building meaningful connections with both active and passive talent, ensuring we continuously attract strong professionals who can thrive and make an impact with us.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and shape thoughtful sourcing strategies.

  • Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, niche platforms, professional communities, and advanced search techniques.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for hard-to-fill marketing and business roles.

  • Reach out to candidates with personalized messages, conduct initial screening conversations, and nurture relationships over time.

  • Track sourcing metrics (response rate, pipeline health) and continuously refine your approach.

  • Collaborate with branding and marketing to strengthen our employer presence across social media, events, and relevant communities.

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on sourcing experience, ideally within FinTech or IGaming, focusing on marketing and business roles.

  • Strong skills in Boolean search, X-ray techniques, talent pipelining, and outreach messaging.

  • Experience working with various sourcing tools and platforms.

  • English proficiency at B2 level (written and verbal).

  • A proactive, resourceful, and data-driven mindset.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills.
