Culmen employs Ukrainian end-user monitors to conduct site visits to check the condition of equipment and coordinate with security colleagues to ensure mission continuity. This role involves the use of secure digital platforms for technical documentation and coordination at the field level.

 This person will work in mobile mode, working as part of a flexible team for technical site visits and equipment inspections in different regions of the country. Your daily movements and mission objectives will be managed by our central hub in Kyiv, providing you with constant coordination, logistical supervision, and professional guidance as you transition between different field locations. This position requires flexibility for long journeys while maintaining high operational standards and adhering to strategic protocols set by our project management.

  • Conduct physical inventories and technical inspections of sensitive equipment at various Department of the Interior (MIA) and Department of Defense (MOD) facilities.
  • Use modern mobile data collection tools and software to capture and extract serial numbers/VIN with 95% accuracy.
  • Interact directly with unit commanders and property guards to coordinate inventory and establish mutually supportive best practices.
  • Document and report cases of loss, damage, destruction, or theft (LDDT) using standardized evidence templates.
  • Conduct structured user surveys to assess the operational impact and maintenance needs of the assets provided.
  • Transmit all field reports and technical data to Kyiv headquarters in real-time using secure, NIST-compliant mobile applications and cloud platforms, ensuring that each tax complies with the highest information security and data assurance protocols.
  • Apparently, he is a citizen of Ukraine.
  • Extensive professional experience in or working closely with the National Police (NPU), State Border Guard (SBGS), National Guard (NGU), or Armed Forces (AFU).
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MIA).
  • Must be currently exempt from military service or have the legal right to work in a civilian supervisory role.
  • Must be ready and mobile, able to conduct frequent field surveys in various terrain conditions and potentially hazardous environments.
  • The level of English proficiency is highly desirable.
  • High literacy with digital tools and the ability to quickly master new mobile applications and field equipment.
  • Previous monitoring experience and proficiency in digital data collection tools are highly desirable
  • Having a valid driver's license and the ability to drive vehicles in a variety of road conditions.
