• Search and selection of highly qualified candidates for IT vacancies and non-technical positions.
• Using various search sources (LinkedIn, job portals, social networks, etc.).
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing professional qualities candidates.
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates.
• Interacting with the HR team to determine personnel needs.
• Maintaining a positive image of the company in the eyes of candidates.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Knowledge of modern methods and tools of personnel search.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish contacts.
• High analytical skills and attention to details.
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
