What will you do in this positions:

• Search and selection of candidates for various divisions of the company — stores, service stations, office.
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidates' compliance with requirements.
• Maintaining a database of candidates and effective communication with them.
• Cooperation with department heads to understand needs in the staff.
• Organization and coordination of the hiring process from the beginning to hiring.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a recruiter or in the field of recruitment from 1 year.
• Openness to communication, attention to details and responsibility.
• Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate the competencies of candidates.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic rhythm and quickly adapt to changes.
• Desire to develop in the field of HR and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the team.
• Education is not mandatory, your abilities and motivation are important.
