  • Talent Sourcer. normal; text-decoration: none"> who knows how to combine analytics, creative search and systematicity. You will be the key link between the production team and our lecturers, creating a base of top specialists and improving the recruitment processes.

    Your tasks will be: 400; text-decoration: none">

    Working with search tools, social networks, professional communities.

  • Interaction with the Production team. You will work closely with producers to clarify lecturer profiles and requirements; converting requests to specific search criteria.

  • Conducting personalized outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, other channels), A/B testing of message templates, conversion analysis and continuous improvement of communications.

  • Maintenance of candidate database in ATS — creation of vacancies, updating of records, correct tagging and accurate filling of profiles.

  • Preparation of candidate shortlists with risk assessment; tracking of key sourcing performance metrics (response rate, time-to-source, time-to-review, etc.) and preparation of reports with recommendations.

  • Coordination of interviews and exchange of feedback between candidates, producers and recruiters.

  • Constant monitoring of lecturer markets, thematic trends and search channels; preparation of regular insights for the team.

  • Mentor new teammates and support their onboarding as needed.

To achieve the goal, you will need:

  • Experience in sourcing/recruiting from 1 year.

  • Deep understanding of search tools (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Ability to work with AI tools to automate searches.

  • Knowledge of sourcing efficiency metrics (Conversion rates, Funnel metrics).

  • Analytical thinking: the ability to analyze the market and conversion funnels.

  • Communication skills: ability to write interesting letters and negotiate with high-level experts.

  • Organization: system work with databases (ATS) and reportingthat.

It will be a plus:

  • Interview experience.

  • Experience with international markets (will be an advantage).
