We are looking for an executive director:

• Kyiv;

• ensure transparency of planning, execution, reporting and analytics;

• implement digital solutions for process optimization (CRM, task-systems, dashboards);

• coordinate interdepartmental processes, regular management meetings and implementation of decisions;

• manage the work of department heads, ensure a clear division of responsibility and interaction with the program direction;

• control the effective use of human, material and financial resources, departmental budgets, rent, transport and equipment;

• coordinate the development, updating and implementation of operational policies, regulations and SOPs, ensure their agreement and staff training;

• observe donor requirements, prepare analytical materials and reports, participate in audits;

• ensure transparent document flow, archiving and information exchange;

• monitor legislation, analyze the impact of changes and interact with the legal department for legal compliance;

• cooperate with HR on the development of management approaches and personnel training;

• support a corporate culture based on transparency, responsibility and mutual respect.
