We are a large and ambitious media buying team working in Performance Affiliate Marketing and highly competitive niches. We are rapidly developing, scaling and looking for someone who will help us find the best specialists in the market.
We invite to the team a sourcer - a talent search specialist who will help strengthen our internal department and ensure a stable flow of strong candidates for further recruiting.
We are not a recruitment agency. We are an in-house team, and your work will directly affect development within the company.
Your tasks:
- active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, GitHub, other channels;
- compilation of databases and verification of found profiles;
- work with Boolean queries, filters and custom searches strategies;
- interacting with recruiters and the recruiting team;
- monitoring the talent market and generating new search sources;
- reporting on completed tasks.
From you:
- experience in sourcing (minimum 3-6 months), or deep understanding of principles searching for candidates;
- speed, attentiveness and structure in work;
- basic knowledge of the IT market and understanding of the specifics of digital / affiliate directions;
- confident use of Google Sheets, Notion, candidate trackers;
- good communication skills and readiness for development.
