MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• higher education (psychology or sociology will be an advantage);
• experience in recruitment from 1 year;
• high level of PC skills;
• excellent communication and presentation skills;
• perseverance and result orientation; responsibility and diplomacy. MAIN DUTIES: quality and timely closing of vacancies; conducting initial interviews with candidates; participation in adaptation processes personnel;
• monitoring the labor market and creating a personnel reserve;
• reporting on recruitment;
• participation in HR department projects (corporate weekly, team-building events).
