Talent Sourcer in Genesis

TheTalent Acquisition team is actively growing and looking for Talent Sourcer, which will help find highly qualified specialists for non-tech and tech areas.

We are a strategic partner of the product IT company Genesis, because it is thanks to our work that the business achieves its goals goals, attracting the best professionals.

Your tasks will be:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for positions of various levels (from Junior to C-Level).
• Working closely with team leads and hiring managers to ensure the efficiency of the recruiting process.
• Supporting candidates at all stages of recruitment with an emphasis on a positive experience for candidates.
• Work with ATS (Breezy HR) and active management of the candidate database.
• Implementation of process automation tools and working with analytics.
• Conducting market research, analysis of trends and new approaches in recruiting.

What is important to us:

• 1+ year experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Experience in finding candidates in both technical and non-technical fields, including Marketing, Analytics, Management and others.
• Working with different search channels and understanding their specifics.
• Ensuring quality communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process, including the ability to communicate effectively and conduct business correspondence.
