As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled Talent Researcher to join our team.

Challenges you’ll meet:

• Process job applications on various job platforms, serving as the first point of contact with candidates.
• Source candidates using boolean/x-ray search techniques, social media, forums, professional communities, job sites, LinkedIn and analyze the effectiveness of each channel.
• Manage and maintain the candidate database.
• Conduct market research.

Your professional qualities:

• At least 6 months of experience as a Talent Researcher with a desire to grow a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Upper-Intermediate level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn for talent research and building pipelines.
• Strong sourcing skills (boolean/x-ray search) and the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of the IT market.

Nice to have:

• Experience in conducting market research (Europe, Asia)
