We are looking for an active and ambitiousTalent Researcher- a ready to join our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in finding specialists in various fields of activity - from 1 year;
• Focus on results, flexibility, the ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
• Willingness to work with vacancies in different directions;
• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• Proficiency in direct search methods.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in closing vacancies (resume selection, telephone and personal interviews);
• Working with various platforms to search for candidates;
• Preparation and maintenance of internal reporting;
• Maintenance of internal database of candidates;
• First evaluation of resumes and telephone interviews with candidates;
• Maintenance of process documentation
