Payment:

• Fixed rate of UAH 20,500 + percentage of referred candidates for an interview
• Trial period: the rate is calculated from the first day works

Load: Full time. Work on site in the office. 

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of personnel;
• Organization of interviews and testing of candidates;
• Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategies;
• Performing administrative and organizational tasks in the personnel department.

Requirements:

• Responsibility and organization;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Would be a plus:

• HR/recruiter experience
• Love for learning
