That is why we are looking for a Talent Partner in Kyiv - a specialist who will become a reliable partner for our teams. You will help implement the HR strategy, work on talent development and retention, and create and maintain a healthy corporate culture at every stage of the employee's journey in the company.

- You have experience working as a People Partner or a similar position (from 3 years), preferably in the field of IT or technology companies.
- You have experience working with all stages of the employee life cycle.
- You have HR tools for building and maintaining effective processes and change management.
- You know how to build partnerships with managers and employees.
- You use an analytical approach, you know how to make decisions based on data.
- You have high communication and organizational skills.
