Director of the Enterprise (Brick production) in LBI group

Brick production (staff of about 100 employees), in the stage of reorganization, which is located in Western Ukraine, invites the Director of the Enterprise.

Candidate requirements:

1. Practical experience of working at a medium-scale commercial and manufacturing enterprise as a director of the enterprise and its management is mandatory. Experience in brick production is highly desirable.

2.  Strategic planning of the Enterprise's work together with the Owners and construction of an operational work model.

3. Budget management, cost control, break-even and profit control together with the Accountant and Owners. 

4. Management of personnel of various levels and creation of the necessary documentation, management of personnel recruitment together with the Recruiter.

5. Updating the planning and reporting system at all levels of the Enterprise.

6. Implementation of plans for the production and sale of Products together with the Owners.

7. Enterprise Development.

8. Enterprise management, providing a personal work plan and reporting.

9. Experience with ISO, 5S, principles of building lean production - at medium-level enterprises will be a big plus.

*Duties according to the job requirements, starting work: weekly audit, audit report and provision of weekly, later monthly personal Plan works.
