If you pay attention to details, love order in data, processes and systems and know how to turn them into valuable insights, the Talent Operations Specialist role is for you.

 You are our team player if:

  • You have work experience in the HR department from 6 months.
  • You know English at the B1+ level.
  • You have excellent skills in working with Google Drive (Doc, Sheet) and Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) services.
  • Worked with HRM systems (HiBob, BambooHR, PeopleForce and others) and ATS (CATS, Recruitee, PinPoint and others).
  • Have good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and external partners.
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 What will you focus on while working with us? 

  • Testing, automation, creation and improvement of processes in software and HRM-system.
  • Employee data management: maintaining and updating employee data, document collection, control of signing and data storage.
  • Participate in HR audits and reviews of data relevance, compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Create reports to measure HR performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Using HR data and analytics to identify trends, patterns and insights.
  • Prepare, disseminate and monitor current internal policies, practices, procedures and updates.
  • Follow new trends, technologies and best practices and propose new HR initiatives.

 Your wayx to the offer:

  • HR Interview (40 minutes).
  • Technical Interview with Talent Operations Team Lead (1 hour).
  • Final Interview with Head of Talent (1 hour).
  • Security Check.
