Tasks and responsibilities:

• Constant presence at the construction site;
• Ability to hold online meetings, carry correspondence, experienced work with a computer (mandatory);
• Creating reports in accordance with European working conditions, and working directly with managing inspectors from of the European Customer;
• Experience in drawing up risk assessments, and the ability to independently draw them up and agree with the Customer;
• Ability to draw up an order of admission according to European conditions and in accordance with the laws of Ukraine;
• Systematic inspections of the company's construction sites, monitoring the work of employees in order to identify violations of the rules of labor protection and safety technology; recording violations and developing measures to prevent accidents;
• Conducting briefings on labor protection, fire and man-made safety (primary, repeated, targeted), training on labor protection for company employees; implementation of preventive measures to prevent their occurrence;
• Preparation of weekly reports and presentations for the Customer's occupational health and safety department and the enterprise administration, which include daily results of laboratory inspections, data on accidents, waste disposal;
• Formation of an occupational health and safety culture at the enterprise.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education ("Occupational safety in construction") is desirable.
• Training in the field of occupational safety.
• Knowledge of current legislation in the field of labor law and occupational safety.

Personal qualities:

• Resistance to stress, perseverance, attention to details, conscientious attitude to work.
• Good communication skills, the ability to provide explanations on occupational safety issues in an accessible manner and safety techniques.

Working conditions:

• Official employment, social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine.
• Working schedule — Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 17:00
