SKELAR
We at SKELAR believe: in order to build global IT products, it is not necessary to relocate to the Valley or Berlin. But we see a problem — some of the country's best brains often do not see a platform for growth here at home.
So we decided to change it: we want to show talents that there is a market here, there are resources, there is a SKELAR ecosystem, and that building global products from Kyiv is more real and more driving than being a cog in a corporation in Europe.
This is how we look forTalent Marketing Lead, which will build complex hiring systems/projects and provide them with high-quality media coverage. This is a role for a strong operational visionary who knows how to build complex structures (from business request acquisition > idea storming > turnkey project construction) and at the same time wrap these results into powerful market narratives.
You will be responsible for:
— Talent Marketing Management teams;
— Scaling of current activities at the national and international levels;
— Work with various hiring projects and domains: tech, product, analytics, etc. Case Challenge with Horizon Capital. mono or ours other intensives – examples of such activities;
— Management of funnels with CPL and conversion rates;
— Quality media coverage: build separate owned media around it;
— Development of partnerships, launch of special projects and collaborations;
— Work with professional communities, student organizations and universities.
You will work with the Comms team, which already has 16 strong communicators and designers. And your manager will be Ira Franchuk, Head of Communications at SKELAR.
What is important to us:
—Experience in organizing large-scale events (confrences, hackathons, forums) for 250+ turnkey participants;
— Portfolio with strong successful cases (it can be anything – starting a new direction/market, building processes from scratch, etc.);
— Ability to create "pitch decks", who sell the idea to both internal stakeholders and external partners;
— Knowledge of key metrics and the ability to dive into analytics and make decisions based on data;
— Creativity, systematicity, ability to generate new ideas;
— Literacy, attention to detail and fact-checking skills;
— A portfolio with successful cases of building partnerships with universities, government structures or large businesses will be a big plus.
In addition to businesses, we are developing theSKELAR foundation. This is our own charitable foundation created by the company's employees. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
And you will also help to communicate about the projects of our foundation. For example, in December 2025, we launched the first incubator in Europe for veterans building tech businesses. And we have even more CSR initiatives worth talking about.
Let's build the next big everything together!
