We are looking for a Talent Manager who will be responsible for the construction and development of a personnel reserve system for the industrial and financial assets of the TAS Group, as well as for strategic interaction with higher educational institutions in order to form a stable pipeline of young professionals.
Key tasks:
- Formation and implementation of a unified personnel reserve system for the Group’s industrial and financial assets TAS;
- Definition of critical roles, key competencies and requirements for the potential of employees;
- Building transparent selection criteria for the personnel reserve (performance / potential);
- Cooperation with the heads of business areas regarding succession planning;
- Support of personnel reserve participants, monitoring of progress and readiness for roles;
- Development and implementation of a competency model for of different functions and levels of management;
- Organization of assessment processes (assessment, expert interviews, 9-box or similar tools);
- Analysis of assessment results and preparation of recommendations for business;
- Formation of individual development plans (IDP) for personnel reserve employees;
- Development and implementation of development programs for key employees and HiPo;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of development programs from the point of view business results;
- Building and developing long-term partnerships with specialized universities;
- Building a pipeline of young talents and supporting their adaptation and development in the company.
We expect:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial and financial corporations or banks;
- Practical experience in the field of talent management / personnel reserve / development personnel;
- Skills for building competence and potential assessment systems;
- Systemic thinking, orientation to long-term results;
- Ability to work with several business directions at the same time.
