  • Cooperation with the heads of business areas regarding succession planning;
  • Support of personnel reserve participants, monitoring of progress and readiness for roles;
  • Development and implementation of a competency model for of different functions and levels of management;
  • Organization of assessment processes (assessment, expert interviews, 9-box or similar tools);
  • Analysis of assessment results and preparation of recommendations for business;
  • Formation of individual development plans (IDP) for personnel reserve employees;
  • Development and implementation of development programs for key employees and HiPo;
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of development programs from the point of view business results;
  • Building and developing long-term partnerships with specialized universities;
  • Building a pipeline of young talents and supporting their adaptation and development in the company.

We expect:
