Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participation in the development and implementation of the talent evaluation and development system stores and office
  • Development of regulatory documents for efficiency management systems, assessment and talent development
  • Selection and implementation of tools and methodologies for assessing the potential and level of competence of employees; conducting talent assessment (including using Assessment Centers)
  • Development and support of talent development programs of various categories in stores and offices
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the employee performance management system stores and office
  • Implementation of all stages of performance evaluation of store and office employees, communication with employees from the stage of implementation and announcement of the start of processes to completion and completion of results
  • Compilation of reports on performance management and talent development systems
  • Support of automation of processes related to the selection and development of talents
  • Conducting training activities on the methodology of procedures for managers, providing advice and methodological support regarding the processes of performance management, talent assessment and development, software operation of these processes, development of subordinates, successors and other categories of talent

  • From 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of talent assessment tools methodologies, understanding of the assessment tools market
  • Successful experience in developing and implementation of succession systems, performance management, mentoring
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent development programs
  • Developed analytical skills, ability to interpret data
  • Availability of additional training and certifications in the field of psychometric assessment, competency assessment, talent development, coaching
  • Developed skills in oral and written communication, preparing and conducting presentations
  • HR project implementation skills
