AGROPROM ENGINEERING group of companies specializes in the design and construction management of elevators.

We are inviting a PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT MANAGER to join our team.

We are looking for a professional , which will be able to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of projects that meet regulatory and international design requirements, within the budget and accordingly expectations of the customer.

Our ideal candidate has:

1. Higher construction education (preferably in the specialty of construction of industrial and civil facilities). li>
2. Experience of working in management positions in design, construction or civil engineering from 3 years.
3. Realized objects (must be indicated in the resume).
4. Confident user PC (knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel programs).
5. Certificate of a designer CC3 (preferred);
6. Experience in the design of industrial facilities (elevators, factories, warehouses, etc.) ;
7. Able to work with people;
8. Able to negotiate with customers.
9. Own car.
10. Excellent organizational and communication skills, stress resistance.
11. Knowledge of regulatory documentation in the field of construction.
12. Ready for business trips around Ukraine.

Your duties:

• Organization, coordination, support and control of the design and construction management of objects; with by customers and subcontractors;
• Organization and control of the work of full-time employees and contractors;
• Quality communication with representatives of customers and contractors;
• Performance of analysis of conceptual engineering solutions proposed by designers or commercial offers for equipment from various suppliers and manufacturers;
• Coordinating and checking the developed stages of robot projects.
• Ability to defend the company's position before the customer, the ability to build relationships with contractors
• Incoming control over the quality of working project documentation provided by contractors performing project works;
• Checking documentation in accordance with current regulatory documents; 
• Checking documentation according to the Customer's requirements; 
• Checking principle decisions; 
• Preparation of proposals for project optimization for the introduction of more progressive technological processes, improvement of quality and economic indicators of construction objects; 
• Experience in the organization and support of design processes, approval of initial data in city authorities, obtaining permits for the construction of an elevator; 
• Consultation of the Customer regarding design, construction and installation works, equipment; 
• Preparation of monthly and weekly reports on the implementation of design and construction processes to ensure the delivery of project works or construction of facilities within the established terms;
• Monthly systematization and calculation of the volumes of completed stages of work in all areas projects, closing of acts of completed works;
• Analysis of the site for the construction of the elevator, possibilities and use according to the requirements of the Customer; 
• Collection of raw data and issuing them to designers; 
• Developmenta rough estimate of the construction of the elevator;
• Receiving answers to questionnaires; 
• Collection and assistance in the preparation of documents for the Customer to submit and obtain permits and technical conditions to city authorities;
• Control over receipt of Technical Conditions and permits by the Customer; 
• Participation in concluding a design contract; 
• Helping the Customer in ordering geodetic and geological surveys; 
• Coordinating and controlling the design schedule;
