In connection with the expansion of the recruiting team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher with a focus on the selection of candidates in the direction of trading.

Functional responsibilities
• Actively search for candidates for positions in the trading direction through job-platforms, professional resources and alternative channels
• Formation and maintenance of candidate database in ATS
• Initial analysis of resumes and selection of relevant profiles
• Communication with potential and passive candidates
• Interaction with recruiters regarding profile requirements and search process
 • Participating in improving sourcing and sourcing approaches

Candidate requirements
• Experience in research / sourcing / recruiting
• Experience working with a large volume of profiles
• Attention to detail and structure in work
• Developed communication skills
• Interest in working with profiles in the field of trading
