• You have completed recruiting courses and are looking for your first internship or have experience in recruiting (6+ months/1+ year) and want to develop in commerce.
• English B2 ( We communicate with candidates and customers everywhere of the world)
• You know how to findyou have a common goal, to convince and listen.
• Proactive and fast - you don't leave messages unanswered for a long time.
• You have a stable Internet and reliable equipment for comfortable remote work.

?? Your responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle of recruiting — from finding candidates to their offer.
• Actively use job platforms and social networks to find the best specialists.
• Work with our CRM system and help make processes even more efficient.
• Communicate with candidates and clients, collect feedback and build trusting relationships.
• The goal is to successfully close 2+ vacancies per month and be happy with every result.
