And now we invite to our team active and motivated E-commerce Recruiter - Junior / Middle Level who want to grow professionally, develop their skills and work in an international team.
Whom we are glad to see:
- You have completed recruiting courses and are looking for your first internship or have experience in recruiting (6+ months/1+ year) and want to develop in commerce.
- English B2 ( We communicate with candidates and customers everywhere of the world)
- You know how to findyou have a common goal, to convince and listen.
- Proactive and fast - you don't leave messages unanswered for a long time.
- You have a stable Internet and reliable equipment for comfortable remote work.
?? Your responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle of recruiting — from finding candidates to their offer.
- Actively use job platforms and social networks to find the best specialists.
- Work with our CRM system and help make processes even more efficient.
- Communicate with candidates and clients, collect feedback and build trusting relationships.
- The goal is to successfully close 2+ vacancies per month and be happy with every result.
