For our strategic partner, a stable Miltech company, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to participate in the implementation of the company's active scaling strategy in the R&D part
Main tasks:
Lead the full cycle of recruitment for technical and R&D positions
Cooperate with the heads of engineering and product lines to define job requirements, candidate profile and hiring strategy
Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies through various channels
Conduct screening and evaluation of candidates for technical fit, motivation and corporate culture fit
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain and update candidate database and reporting
Participate in employer branding initiatives
Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools
Collaborate with HR and onboarding team to ensure successful onboarding of new hires
What you bring to the team:
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
Deep understanding of technical roles, tools and terminology
Proven experience recruiting in a dynamic, innovative environment - preferably in the hardware, aviation, robotics or defense-tech industries
Experience with modern sourcing tools and ATS systems
