Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (no experience) in EQL

What will you do 

• Full recruiting cycle: from gathering requirements to the final offer;
• Searching for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, community, recommendations);
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Communicating with by hiring managers;
• Managing several vacancies at the same time, timeline and prioritization;
• Maintaining constant contact with candidates (candidate care);
• Forming candidates in the ATS, maintaining the database;
• Participating in creating vacancies;
• Cooperation with the team, participating in brainstorms, improving processes.
