Talent Acquisition Manager - remote, USD in Belez

Belez is an American digital media and content creator management company. We are looking for an ambitious individual to help us find and sign content creators to work on our platform.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Search for potential content creators via Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and other platforms- First contact with candidates and conducting initial interviews- Selection of candidates according to our criteria- Maintaining a candidate database and reporting- Communication with creators in Ukrainian, Russian and English
REQUIREMENTS:- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian- English - intermediate or higher (written communication)- Experience in recruiting, HR, sales or working with customers - an advantage- Sociability and ability to find a common language with people- Independence and result orientation- Access to a laptop and stable internet
