Terms

• Fully remote work

• Schedule 5/2 (9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00)

• Fixed rate + transparent bonuses for personal closings and team results

What will need to be done

• Conduct the full recruitment cycle: brief > search > interview > offer support

• Close vacancies of different levels (with the support of the team)

• Work with customers and build mature communication

• Influence the improvement of recruitment processes and quality

• Know how to work independently and do not get lost without strict control

• You want to develop in agency recruiting, not just "close applications"

• Result-oriented and understand the value of deadlines

• Fluent in Ukrainian (oral and written)

• Confident in communicating in Russian for B2B communication
