 Key duties of the position:

• Experience installing and supporting OS (Windows 7-11, Linux, Windows Server 2008-2019).
• Remote customer support.
• Knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting skills.< /li>
• Experience of working with network equipment.
• Skills in working with peripheral equipment, office equipment.
• Experience in working with such services as: DHCP, AD, WSUS, GPO, RDP, VPN, DNS, DFS.

• Knowledge of Medoc (installation and deployment of the server part).
• Updating and timely updating of software at the enterprise, antivirus protection.
• Backup copying important data, periodically checking the relevance and integrity of copies.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience of working in a similar position from 1 year
• Experience of supporting a large company remotely.
