Now the department is expanding, so we are looking for a Lead Help Desk Specialist.< br/>
Necessary skills and experience:
- Team leadership experience from 2 people
- Sufficient knowledge of Windows, Unix operating systems
- Experience in configuring L3/L4 network equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik)
- Experience in configuring and designing video surveillance/access control/alarm systems
- AD experience and configuration
Your duties:
- Management of the Help Desk team of specialists
- Building processes towards the Help Desk
- Budgeting
- Implementation of a system for automating the work of the Help Desk department
You will have:
